It depends on the printing method. For screen printing, we have a minimum of 12 pieces per design. For DTF, vinyl, and embroidery, we can produce from just 1 item. There's no minimum for most services — perfect if you just need a single personalised gift or a test sample.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days from proof approval. Express same-day and next-day services are available for most printing methods at an additional charge. Large bulk orders may take 5–10 working days. We'll always give you a clear timeline when you request a quote.
We accept most common file formats including PDF, AI, EPS, PNG (high resolution 300dpi+), and JPG. For best results we recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). Don't worry if you only have a low-res image — our design team can recreate your artwork for a small fee. We'll let you know if there are any issues with your file.
Yes! We're happy to print or embroider on customer-supplied garments. Please ensure they are clean and free from any defects before bringing them in. Note that we cannot be held responsible for damage to supplied garments, and we recommend bringing spares where possible for large orders.
Both! You can collect your order from our shop at 6 Manor Park Parade, Lee High Road, Lewisham, SE13 5PB for free. We also offer UK-wide tracked delivery. Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of your order and will be quoted at checkout. Most deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days.
Absolutely. The more you order, the lower the price per unit. We offer tiered pricing that becomes progressively cheaper from 12, 25, 50, 100, and 250+ pieces. For corporate accounts or regular repeat orders, we also offer negotiated contract pricing. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
We're open Monday to Friday 11am–6pm and Saturday 12pm–6pm. We're closed on Sundays. You can also WhatsApp or email us outside of these hours and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend calling ahead for large consultations.
